Request access or deletion
Use this process to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by ConphiDent.
How to make a request
Email contact@conphident.live from the email address associated with your account. Include your name, clinic name where relevant, the phone number or email connected to the request, and whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion.
Verification and response
To protect patient and clinic data, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity and authority before acting. Requests involving a clinic workspace may require confirmation from the clinic owner. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Important limits
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or audit reasons. If deletion cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason and restrict further use where appropriate.
WhatsApp preference
To stop non-essential WhatsApp communications, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the relevant clinic number. Reply START if you later want to opt in again.
